The weight loss is great to finally see... and if you keep up your workouts and eating right you will see it. But the goal is ultimately to be healthy and stay that way. You know I have been on that journey, its been since November of 2008 that I really started to work out again. I am now doing two workouts a day for 45 min at a time. I was where you are and here I am doing TWO workouts a day! Its amazing how things change over time. I have lost 25 lbs since last year and am still going strong. Your muscles retain water when you work out, especially when you first start.<br /><br />It's not uncommon for your clothes to get a little tight before they start getting looser. Stick with it.
