Does anyone else get giddy when temperatures drop and clementines start showing up in grocery store produce sections? I do! Even more so when I find them on sale for $3.99 a bag. Here's to my favorite cold-weather fruit! Huzzah!
p.s. Are any of you reading my review blog, www.NicoleRatesIt.com ? Click over and give me a follow. If you do, I'll share my precious clementines with you (but you'll have to come to my house to collect it...but that isn't so bad, is it?)

I just bought the first bag of the season. Yummy!
I always find it funny to see "fresh California citrus" in the market here in Florida. Like what we grow here isn't good enough? Is there some magic process that happens during the cross country transfer?
We have more or less the same thing as clementines over here in China, too. They just started appearing at the street stalls. I just bought a bag from my favorite street vendor - probably about the same size, for $1.40. Hey, if I can't have easy access to English books, at least I have cheap fruit! I eat clementines all winter long.
I like those cutie little fruits, so easy to peel, and I usually eat 2, the smaller the fruit, the more tender it seems to be. Same with veggies:-)
